Couples

Brooke + Tony

My good friend Amy flew me out earlier this month to photograph her sister and soon to be brother-in-law's engagement photos.  I really enjoyed getting to create some special images for Brooke and Tony.  Brooke's ADORABLE son Matthew also made a few of the shots.  Enjoy!

Didn't I tell you?  He's simply adorable!

Brooke, you are seriously working it in this photo! Your hair, your smile, your eyes, everything is gorgeous!

Congratulations you two!  I hope your wedding day is everything you've dreamt it to be and more.

Drumroll please

Wow, you all sure know how to make a girl feel good!  Thanks for all of the comments and fabulous feedback I've gotten from everyone reading the blog. Anything I'm forgetting?  Oh that's right, I had a little contest going on for everyone who left a comment ;)

Welllll, the winner is:

Mrs. Sheri Abbey!  Mrs. Abbey, email me to let me know if you would like an itunes gift card or a starbucks gift card, and I'll get that to you in the mail right away!

Thanks again to everyone!  Keep reading the blog, and keep those comments coming!

Here's a sneak peek of a recent engagement session I did.  More to come soon!

The Way He Looks at Her

I love photographing all kinds of couples: engaged couples, newlyweds, and a bride and groom on their wedding day.   However photographing couples who've been married for years, always has a certain sweetness to it.  I can't help but smile when I see the way they look at each other after a decade or more of marriage. Here are two of my favorite shots from a recent session I did.  In Bill's words, he and Brenda have been married for 16 happy years.

Don't you just love the way he looks at her???  It makes me want to let out a high pitched squeal of delight every time I see it!

Bill and Brenda thanks for allowing me to spend time with you and your lovely family. I wish you 16 more happy years!
