When I first spoke to Charlene on the phone she told me that she would be the easiest bride I've ever had. All I had to do was tell her where to be when and she would show up with a smile. I have to say she was as good as her word. She and Rodney couldn't stop smiling at each other throughout their entire session. I loved watching them make each other laugh. I can't wait to shoot their wedding this October!
Aside from photographing couples, one of the best parts of my job is delivering gorgeous albums to my clients. I always feel like celebrating afterwards, because it's a bit like delivering a baby; once I see the glorious images from the wedding day in my hot little hands, I tend to forget the labor (of love of course) that went into producing it and just remember the joy that I feel at this beautiful bundle! My album company Kiss Wedding books is the best. They do an amazing job, and just like Jimmy John's sandwiches, they have freaky fast delivery (if you were waiting for the Jimmy John's reference; boom, there it is)!
Here in all it's glorious goodness is a 12x12 leather album (just gorgeous for weddings) & an 8x8 hardback album (perfect for traditional Nigerian engagement ceremonies or parent albums).

Husband and wife Pastor Funmi and Pastor Nosa are the warm, hospitable, and utterly engaging pastors of Eagle Believers Chapel. The church will be celebrating it's 10th anniversary in September and I was honored to capture some images of the couple and their church to be used in the upcoming celebration.
Pastor Funmi you are radiant!

Eagle Believers Chapel is quite a lovely venue. Custom built from the ground up, the church building is in mint condition.
I took a quick tour of the facility and snapped some photos along the way.
Now, the pastors didn't ask me to plug their church, but I confess that I was really impressed with the venue and think it would make a great location for a wedding ceremony or event, especially if you have a larger guest list. Together the ground floor and balcony level of the sanctuary seat 500!
The reception hall is massive! It seats about 600 people and you can see it provides a wonderful blank canvas to decorate and fill any way you wish. There is also a kitchen to accommodate outside catering.
I won't spill the beans on the rental rates that were mentioned; however I will say that is an unbelievably amazing deal!
